I didn’t finish high school. I had my first baby at 17.
And I didn’t have a fancy degree, a trust fund, or a mentor holding my hand.
What I did have? A big dream, a fierce work ethic, and a fire in my belly to build something of my own. I taught myself everything I needed to know—branding, design, web development, SEO, e-comm, marketing, you name it. I made every mistake in the book, Googled my way out of most of them, and kept showing up, even when it was hard. Especially when it was hard.
AA Creative Co wasn’t built in a business incubator or a polished coworking space. It started with late nights, naptime hustle, and a dream to create a life of freedom—not just for me, but for the authors and creatives I work with every day.
